Overview
AiHisab is our own accounting and GST software, built by Atulya Intelligence for Indian traders, manufacturers and accountants. It started from a simple frustration inside our own businesses: books that record the past but never warn you about the future.
Problem
Our trading and export businesses ran on Tally. Every month brought the same problems: GSTR-2B mismatches, input credit at risk, entries posted wrongly and reports that took days to prepare.
The challenge included:
- Manual entry of every purchase and sales bill
- GST errors found only at filing time
- No single view of sales, dues and cash for the owner
GST modules in one suite
Generic software was built for recording, not for catching problems early. We wanted accounting that thinks.
Approach
We built AiHisab from the ground up with a Tally-style workflow accountants already know, then added an intelligence layer on top.
What we built:
- GST Intelligence: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2B reconciliation, E-Invoice, E-Way Bill and GSTR-9
- AI Audit that checks entries against a growing library of compliance rules
- Tally migration, Retail POS and an owner dashboard on the same platform
Compliance checks inform, never block: the accountant always stays in control.
Outcome
AiHisab is now live for businesses, with three simple plans and an authorised distributor network across India.
